A bill has been introduced in the Senate that plans to take away our only tool for use in working with the coyote population. If we lose the snare, the negative effects could be devastating as well as the potential for the increase in rabies and predation on small mammals, birds and even pets.
Please contact the Committee Chair of the Environment and Energy Committee as well as your representatives and tell them that you, your family are and they should be too — against this legislation.
