Your help and input is needed. Please contact the members of the Fish and Game Council and your local representatives about the DP trap and it’s value as a wildlife management too, especially as it relates to the rabies vector animal (raccoon) that is a specific target for the trap.

Many people who are against this trap (and trapping in general) are contacting our representatives. Many of them are not New Jersey residents (that means not voters and taxpayers too) but they are sending letters, emails and faxes against this important tool.

We are changing the date of our meeting to encourage people to go to the NJ Fur Harvesters Annual Convention at Atsion Recreation area on Sunday, November 1.  They have an early start 9AM to 2pm.
